This will serve as the foundation of our work. In this step we will learn all about your company from your current product offering, sales cycle, sales staff, messaging, and so much more! Discovery not only sets the foundation for the GROWTH Bootcamp, but also acts as a great levelset for your company and primes you to move forward.

Going a step further from discovery, we’re going to focus on what will make the biggest difference to your business…clients! And clients equal sales.  You probably think you know who your client should be. The GROWTH Bootcamp will challenge you to identify all attributes of your ideal client. Providing clarity to who your ideal client is will set the stage to create effective strategies that powerfully and poignantly speak to them and take the guesswork out of selling your company’s products and services.

Now that you have clearly defined who you are as a company and who you serve, it’s time to evaluate your current efforts to see where things are hitting the mark, as well as identify where your best opportunities are. Armed with the knowledge of who you are as a company and who your ideal client is, Wendy and Maureen will guide you through an evaluation of your marketing effort that includes “what” you are saying to potential clients and “where” you are saying it. At this point you will start having Aha moments and gain clarity on what you need to do moving forward.

Your Marketing Audit is done and now it’s time to look at your numbers.  Knowledge is power and we are going to look at some of your key, timeline numbers and come up with some insights and KPI’s to evaluate moving forward.  Maureen is obsessed with the numbers and will get you excited about them too!  You will be empowered to dial in on the most profitable products and services and have clarity around how it ties into your overall sales and marketing strategies.

You are now prepared to start putting it all together in an effective strategy that starts with messaging. With a renewed sense of your company’s purpose and a crystal clear understanding of your ideal client and the value you bring to them, you are ready to develop the consistent and clear messaging that will most effectively attract new clients. When this step is complete, you will be excited by how much easier it will feel to attract clients and will be ready to deploy this messaging across all of your marketing channels in a cohesive and effective way. Sales and prospecting becomes simple. You no longer need to create new messaging everytime.

You are ready to move forward! The next step in the GROWTH Bootcamp will guide you through how to implement your messaging through all of your marketing channels that could include your website, social media, sales collateral and more. Making sure your message is consistent and clear across all marketing channels positions you to be making the right impression in front of the right candidate at the right place…a trifecta that will make getting new clients much easier and cost efficient!

You’ve done the work, it’s time to implement, but you will want a map so you don’t lose your way. Wendy and Maureen will guide you through creating a clear roadmap that you will implement over 6 months to a year. Upon completion of the exercise, your plan will be clear and measurable to keep you on the road to marketing success and more clients. Completing this exercise will serve you for years to come. You will know how to measure, adjust and execute your plan on an annual basis to keep meeting your goals.
